Display systems specialist Pufferfish has appointed a Scottish tech scene veteran as its new chairman.
Seonaidh MacDonald has taken the post at the Edinburgh-based firm following its successful £900,000 crowdfunding campaign led by Par Equity – which previously invested £600,000 in the business in 2015.
MacDonald, former chief executive of mLED Ltd who led the company’s trade sale in 2016 and owner of Glasgow-based EOLAS (Advisory) Ltd, has more than 25 years of executive management and board experience.
He joins with Pufferfish poised to begin a period of expansion.
