MSIP’s first Innovation Challenge has launched on 6 July 2021, with approximately £50,000 of grant funding available to fund up to 10 projects. The closing date is 20 August 2021.
This grant funding call is for companies seeking to develop zero emission alternatives for small scale off-grid, mobile or temporary energy provision. Successful applicants will receive funding of up to £5,000 to support the opportunity or feasibility study that addresses The Challenge.
Through this call, MSIP is looking to support early-stage opportunity or feasibility studies that will allow companies to develop a platform for future product and process development opportunities. The majority of projects are expected to deliver opportunity or feasibility studies, but eligible projects can also include technical development, system integration, testing and demonstration, business modelling or market testing.
