Scottish Investment Bank publish Annual Review for 2011/2012

SIB have published their annual review for 2011/2012.

Despite the continuation of a difficult economic operating environment they managed to deliver a 5% increase in overall investment alongside private sector partners

SIB’s total investment reached almost £30million during the year, including investment into the Scottish Loan Fund, which in turn leveraged just under £62million from the private sector, resulting in over £91million being invested in 91 Scottish companies over the year. This takes SIB’s total investment since 2003 to just over £159m which has leveraged a further £354m of private sector investment.
